<p>Hi, I'm about 90% sure I'm going to SIR to UCSC. I'm only waiting on two other schools that MIGHT change my mind. </p>
<p>I have already decided on My top 5 housing/college choices. I'm just wondering does the date you submit your SIR determine the chances of getting your first choice? I know you have to put your top 5 colleges on your SIR form AND your housing application which opens in April. I'm thinking it has more to with the April application, but does anyone have any thought's or know for sure?</p>
