How to get from 1950 SAT to 2100+?

Last time I took the SAT I got a 1950, 680 Math, 680 Writing, and 580 Critical Reading. This was in October of 2009. I'm going to be a senior this upcoming school year and I'm planning to take it again in October for my second and final time. This time though, I'm aiming higher and trying to get at least 2100, but preferably 2200 or higher even though I highly doubt that.

What I really need to work on is critical reading, but it seems like no matter how hard I try (that or it's because I never really cared about improving my CR score in the first place) I can't improve on it. I'm also trying to get math to at least 750 but that means I can't get more than 2 wrong. And writing can stay the same or go lower, it doesn't matter with super scoring and everything, that and it's the least important component anyway.

So, how do I get critical reading up, and quickly? I have 3 weeks to improve and I need to be able to get close to a 700 in reading, which I suppose will be quite a bit of a challenge but I have a feeling that if I put sufficient effort in, I can do it.

And how do I make sure that I don't make too many mistakes (too many being over 2 in this case) on the math section? I get tricked kind of easily >.<

Critical Reading: Read “Magic Tree House”, “Green Eggs and Ham”, “The Cat in the Hat”, and “The Polar Express”, and you should get an 800.

Math: Make sure to review your multiplication tables.

Post this in the SAT section, not HSL

Alright, thanks for the advice. You are truly a kind person sir. ^_^
