HOW to go over your SAT tests?

I've seen everywhere to take tests and then spend as much time going over it. I'm on the Collegeboard site looking at the answer explanations. Should I just read through every explanation for every answer, even the incorrect ones, or how do you go over a test?

I make dashes to questions that I’m unsure of or couldn’t decide between two answers. I also circle math problems that I “Plugged in” to find the correct answer, rather than solve it generally. Then, once I’m done with each section, I go back and look through every question that I either got wrong or had a dash by it.

When I took the Critical Reading and Writing sections I saw which questions I answered incorrectly, and I went back to those. I thought to myself how the correct answer was correct, and after explaining it to myself, I would check the official explanations from CollegeBoard. The important part of this is the know why you got it wrong and why the correct answer is correct by yourself. Just reading the explanations may not be enough for you to really learn the correct answer’s explanation.
