I'm currently making around 198 PSAT
Math-78
CR- 64
Writing- 56
So, is there a way I can increase by 25 points to make it to NMSQT???
Which book should I use?
How long should I study a day?

I would take your strongest subject and study that by using previous PSAT tests. Your math is already crazy high though. I’d also study your weakest subject, in this case Writing, and try to bring it up to at least your CR score.
Try not to obsess over having to study and just study whenever you’re bored, have time, or want a break from homework instead.

Your goal is within reach. Practice using the blue book, and I’d say about an hour a day, which is what worked for me.

You need to raise your Writing score, which is easy to improve drastically. Buy Erica Meltzer, finish the book as fast as possible and Boom! 70 + in writing.
