How to increase ACT score from 31 to 35-36

I got 31 in April, and I studied only one week.
English: 30
Mathematics: 36
Reading: 23
Science: 36

I am an international student that’s why I am not good at english and reading sections. I don’t know how to improve my reading score. I have one month until june.

Google strategies for reading. I can’t tell you the techniques but they exist on whether to read questions first, what to underline in the passage, etc.
