How to inform admissions office about info change

Hi there.
I’m a current RD applicant to Dartmouth. When I was submitting my application I saw the very severe warning about the consequences of not informing them within a very small window of time, should any of the information I provided change.

About a day ago, I was finally able to get my schedule changed from an AP that has nothing to do with my major to an AP that’s absolutely crucial. I want to let the admissions office know ASAP so they can mark the change on my app and so I don’t get nailed with an integrity citation later on. How do I do that??

My first thought was simply emailing the admissions office but I worry that I will not have a way of knowing whether the message was received. Besides, I can’t find email addresses for any of the counselors. I thought about calling to ask but it’s the weekend and their offices are definitely closed. I don’t want to wait until they reopen and risk being accused of delaying information, and the “Contact Us” form on the site seems to only be designed for general questions that can be asked and answered without the need for confirming identity of anything like that.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Tl;dr: How do I officially update my application information?

I think you are stressing too much, just call on Monday.

Email admissions and ask someone to please respond to confirm that they got the message. If you don’t hear back by EOD Tuesday, give them a call on Wednesday. Do NOT email your specific admissions rep (they might have changed or be sick or something). Use the general admissions email. You will be fine, it doesn’t seem like a change of substance. So you have to tell them, but a few day delay isn’t going to make any difference in anything.

Just email them. I emailed my colleges updates for my applications and every single one of them sent an email back confirming that the email was read.
