how to join scholar programs?

<p>Does anybody know how to join one of the scholars programs (SHS, QSSS, HSP) ? I sent in the deposit online for MCS, but I intend to join the SHS program that I was invited to. There was no option on the deposit webpage for any of these scholars programs, thus do any of you know how to join?</p>
