How to list extracurriculars in application?

I’m applying to a university which doesn’t use common app. However, on the application, it asks for all my extracurriculars and a box to just write them in. Do I just list/bullet them or write them in paragraph form?

For example, do I write
•President of NHS where I did this and that
•Vice President of NAHS where we had this and this
•Treasurer of chemistry club

or do I write

I am the president of NHS. I am also the vice president of NAHS and I did this project and that project, etc. I am also the treasurer of chemistry club.

Option 1 is better: Bullet point them in order of most important to you. Omit lesser ones – they only water down your app.

Should I also elaborate on each one on the projects and things accomplished?

^Agree with that first comment. Keep it short and to the point, list what you did as succinctly as possible while still clearly showing what the EC was and your role in it

No need for elaboration. Colleges have seen it all. Unless there was something really out of the ordinary

Even though its not the CA, take the lead from the CA. List your Leadership Role, the EC, and any award. So,
Founder/President YoYo Club 2013-16, A Campus wide Club that inspires creativity and skill, National Award, Novice Category in Creative YoYo, 2015, 2016

Also list in the order of importance to you. You can also specify # hours per week.
