How to prep for the August SAT?

I'm a rising senior and I need to get ATLEAST an 2100 on the SAT. And on the honest note I'm lying on a 1650 right now from the January SAT. I don't have but about 2 weeks to study in the month of June because I have things to do. I have all of July to study and the rest of May. How should I go about this. Is 2000 a reasonable goal by august?
I don't want to buy anymore books but will if they are absolutely necessary.
Here are my current books:

Blue Book
Dr. Chungs Math
Grubers SAT Math
Direct Hits
Grammatix

So is this possible? How can I prep? How do I manage my time efficently as possible? Also recommendations for books or websites for help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much guys.

What are your scores for each subject?

490 Math
570 CR
590 Writing

The college board generally does not administer the SAT in August – it’s usually October, November, December in the fall and January, February, March, May and June in the spring.

Okay, apparently this year they are indeed offering the SAT in August to an elite group of about 50 kids who already tested into a Gifted and Talented program and are paying $4500 to take a prep class at Amherst University this summer which culminates in this offering of the SAT. No one who isn’t in the $4500 class is being offered the opportunity to take it. So I stand corrected. Meh.

^ frickin college board…
