Hello!

I have upcoming SAT Math Level-2 test on this Saturday. I have not been studying for the test unfortunately for me...Since I just finished Precalculus class, I know majority of materials covered on the Math Level-2. Do I have to read Barron's prep book throughly or just solve as many as practice tests as I can and review only weak parts?

I took it in May and I studied only the stuff from geometry that I forgot and circles which we hadn’t yet covered and I got a 780… In my opinion, it was more of a test to see if you knew how to use your calculator than if you could do math. Also, sparknotes.com has some really good review materials for the subject tests that I found helpful!

If your algebra, geometry, number theory, and pre-calculus are solid, you can get an 800 without any prepping.

In terms of the curriculum, though, you should be set to obtain a high score. I would just review any trouble spots, and perhaps learn some introductory statistics (e.g. linear/quadratic regressions – I’ve seen these on Math II).
