Hello, I am currently a high school junior with a 2.8 accumulated GPA. I would like to recieve, as close as I can to a 4.0 accumulated GPA by the time I graduate. What are some ways that I can make that happen? I was planning on taking some college courses over the summer, I heard that will help. I would like to hear any ideas. Thank you.
o.0 That’s sort of impossible… a 4.0 cumulative gpa means that you got a 4.0 from the start and it never changed. or do we have different gpa terms…? even people who have all a’s and ONE b their gpa won’t be a 4.0 overall
anyway, the only advice i have for you is to take easy A classes. ap classes will not raise your gpa (only in honors/weighted gpa). i got a 4.0 weighted gpa last semester but it was REALLY a 3.6.
all i can say is to take classes in which you will have straight a’s. slowly but surely by the time of graduation your gpa should be in the mid 3.0’s
True but I feel colleges would rather see me average a C in an AP class then take an easy class just to get an A, ya know?
LMAO… a 2.8 wow
Sorry Craig
but a c won’t raise your gpa (which is what you want, right?)
or you can do the 2year community college route then transfer.
