How to report curriculum for colleges, what to include and where to include it

I am wondering how to send colleges the curriculum report, also what to include and what part of the application do I put it under especially on the common app?

Any insist would be really helpful.

I create course descriptions that include sources used and course dscription (topics covered, method of evaluation, etc) and upload it with the transcript. Your homeschool teacher can create the document in Excel and then get it to low enough Kb by using smallpdf.com to convert it.

I merge mine with the transcript so that the transcript is the first page and the course descriptions follow (my course descriptions have been as long as 14 pgs before…depends on the child). Some people upload the transcript as 1 transcript and the course descriptions as a 2nd transcript.

I also create a school profile and write the counselor letter, but I actually homeschool my kids at home. IIRC, you are most using a co-op type scenario with a cover school?? If that is the case, your cover might be able to write those for you.
