How to score 800 on the Biology E/M Exam

I am currently a junior, and intend to take the biology E/M exam either during May or the summer. I am aiming for 800 since Harvard/MIT are my top choices, so here is my question:
1."will the high school biology book , by Levine and Miller, respectively, be enough to achieve such score?" Here's the link, so you'll get the idea which book I am referring to... Biology: Student ed. - Free Shipping

For those of you whom scored 760 or higher, what did you do to prepare for the exam?
Thanks, God bless you all

IDK about number one, but I just looked through the Barron’s prep book and took the test near the end of my AP Bio course.

Thanks a lot, HamiltonFan! But I am concerned much more on question 1, since it’s all I have for now

I also took the Bio M after taking AP Bio and I got an 800. The subject material slightly differs from the ap material when I took the course so I asked my teacher for some extra help because he is genius, and I also used the kaplan book which was way harder than the actual test (I was scoring 600-650 on those). As for taking M or E, take whatever one you feel more comfortable with (don’t choose based on curve), but if you feel equally balanced I suggest scanning the questions out of both sections (if time allows) and choose the one you think is easier. I hope this helps!
