I’ve already gotten a one time link from Rice to “reset/set” my PIN for the Esther account. However, no matter which browser I try, every time I get this
ORA-20100: ::Cannot find record using primary or unique key.::
Unable to reset pin.
Do you guys have this problem too?
I really want to set up my account so that I can check my scholarships.
I don’t even know how to open it. I’ve been trying to find something on the page, but there is no link. I have tried different browsers, but none of them have worked.
@trueviger @eddoc7 - send an email to fina@rice.edu with your details. They will send you your “S” number and a link to activate your Esther account.
I have the same problem too, and I’ve emailed them a couple times, but it never works. Does anyone know what’s going on?
