Earlier this year in June, I took the SAT Subject Test for Chemistry, and I scored a 570, which isn't a good score at all. I'm taking the test again in December, and I was wondering, what is the best way for me to prepare and get as close to an 800 as possible? Currently, I'm reading the 2007-2008 Edition of The Princeton Review's Cracking the Chemistry SAT Subject Test, but I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions, because I really want to do much better than I did before.

To be honest, a good chemistry textbook would serve you much better than a prep book would if you're scoring a 570. Why not go through your school textbook again? And as you go through it, find the corresponding sections in the prep book and do the relevant questions?

Are you in a chemistry course now or have you already completed it?

I've already completed Chemistry, so I don't actually have a Chemistry textbook.

PR and then Barron's. The perfect combination.
