How to write a letter on withdrawing an application?

I recently got accepted to my dream school through early decision and now I need to withdraw my regular applications. What needs to be included within the withdrawal letter? (Name, etc?) How should I go about addressing the person ("Dear whoever this may concern"?)? Thanks.

Address it to the person in charge of your geographic region.

Include your name and contact information. A short sentence or two is sufficent to ask that your appliction be withdrawn.

Congrats!

So I don't need to send it directly to the colleges? How do I find out who is in charge of my geographic region? Thanks.

The salutation can be to the admissions office/the officer in charge of your region. Or, you could address it a person who signed letters from the adcom.

In any case, you sent it to the college admissions office with ATTN: ______________, then the college admissions office addy.
