How were the May 3rd SATs?!?? (for those of you who took it)

I found the essay/writing to be really easy...But, I think i made 4-6 mistakes on the math section..Between what score ranges can i expect for math?! And, i found critical reading to be quite ok...How many mistakes do you guys think we can make and still stay in the 700s range for critical reading??

bump...bump...NO replies?!?!

Most of us (even on the east coast) won't be taking it for another 3 hours...

where did u take the test?
It's usually 6~7 for 700s CR

2 hours now >.> /me gets ready

I just returned home.
I felt really good on the writing part, but I guess my CR and writing scores both wont be that good.
I kinda guessed one math question >.<

Was the first time I took it, and am sooo nervous.
I want to see my scores NOW

I don't know if it's just me but I thought the test was pretty easy. Only the critical reading was somewhat harder (especially the section with a comparison between two texts blah) but I'm not really good at CR anyway. Math was unusually easy, I wasn't completely sure only about 1 or 2 Q and the easy topic was broad.

Good luck to those who haven't taken it yet :)

I thought CR was relatively easy, but math was relatively hard compared to BB and past papers. Writing was about right. I'm hoping for 700+ in all sections, im pretty sure i got it for CR.

For once, I got a nice essay topic on which I could actually write something meaningful. The Writing questions were not hard.

The CR texts were fine but I had serious trouble with 4 or 5 sentence completion questions is ashamed she didn't learn all the vocabulary

And... Math. It was easy except for one question which I kind of guessed at the end.

Expected score:
CR 670-710
M 720-760
W 700-720

Let us all be patient and wait for May 22nd (that's when the scores come out)

Is it allowed to talk about the hard guess question in PM with ppl who have done it?

probably better to wait a couple of days since there's sunday testing as well, you never know if they've actually done it.

I could always give a print screen and prove I'm from Bulgaria (local time: +2) and we are way past the test time but then again, why bother. If you don't want to believe me(or anyone else for that matter) that's your choice.

Today was the first time I took it. Found it easy, except for one or two math q's. I guessed one English question, and on another I marked the right one, then erased it and marked the wrong one. :( The essay topic was good. I think I'd get around an 8-10. My examples were slightly boring/dull.

All in all, much simpler than expected.

^ I agree, it was simpler than expected. Math was easier than i thought it would be...I omitted 1 (or 2?) I can't remember. CR wasn't that bad, but Flame, I feel your pain. I memorized over 1000 words, and out of bad luck words I hadn't come across appeared on the test...I ended up omitting 3 sentence completion. I seriously was PO'ed at that. Writing wasn't bad, MC was similar to BB in difficulty. I liked the essay prompt...but I think i could've written a better essay.

;OIAWJ;EFIJA;WEOIJF;AWEIOFJ. IT IS FINALLY OVER WITH. THAT FEELING OF RELIEF WAS AAMAZING for the last question. a;owiejf;awioejf;oawiejf;awief. I wrote 2 full pages, and i had to cram a small sentence on the side. Idc, I dont' think i got a 12, b/c my examples were weak, btu whatever--- i wrote 2 pages. I felt that my writing was the strongest. In CR, I know i messed up the super small 2 short passages. (hope i got lucky and answered it right, or experimental section) Math was alright, I think i ommited max 3?

Writing : Normal/Average
Math: Extremely Easy
Critical Reading: Relatively Easy

Kids I know who took it for the first time today said it was long and boring!

writing section 2 was a ***** for me. But writing section 6 was easy. I really hope 2 was the experimental and 6 the real one, not vice verse

^i think we had the same test. if that's the case, then yes 2 was experimental

My section 2 was a math section...I think.. sorry my brain is still kind of fried..
