How Will I Fair In The Job Market?

I would like to go into data analytics or consulting, and in reality, I'm not even for sure on those, but it's a direction.

Some details about me:

-Junior/Senior majoring in Economics and minoring in Statistics at Kansas State University
-3.5 cumulative GPA
-Member of school's economics honor society, dean's list, and recipient of multiple scholarships
-Held and still have an internship with a local business consulting firm as an Economic Analyst Intern.

A lot of my coursework is centered around data and it's analysis. I'm currently enrolled in Econometrics 1 and Regression, and Analysis of Variance as my two most difficult classes. I have a great amount of experience in statistical software packages such as Tableau, SAS, STATA, SQL, and Open Refine.

I'll be graduating December, 2015. I recently attended a career fair to look at other internship opportunities for my last summer before graduation. I gravitated towards commodity merchandising and analytics (namely with the Federal Reserve).

Anyways, if you've managed to make it through my post, am I in good shape to receive a decent number of job offers post graduation? Anything I should focus on differently?

Thank you!

Note: I live in Kansas City when I'm not in school.

Just as I posted this, I got word that I was one of two students accepted into my university’s prestigious Center for Risk Management student fellowship positions, if that helps.
