How Will the New 45 min tests affect credit/ is it still worth it

I am self studying calculus BC this year so I can take college classes next year. However, I have not taken the class at my school and will move from Algebra and Trigonometry right to Calc 3. The problem is, these 45 min tests seems to diminish my score. Will I still get credit from colleges? Will they see this score as equal to the three hour test? Will good grades in Calc 3 in a college class (such as JH or Harvard Extension) help supplement the fact that I only took a 45 min test?

If the college you will take courses at has mandatory math placement procedures, ask it if it has any special change for this year’s AP scores.

Regardless of that, you may want to try the college’s old calculus 1 and 2 final exams to check your knowledge of the material from the college’s point of view, before taking calculus 3.

The place I want to study at just requires a 4 or 5 on the exam
