I filled out my grades, GPA, and all that truthfully, and I've since been accepted. UW doesn't want official HS transcripts until the end of the school year. They say that they can revoke admissions if they find that the grades they provided with were fake. While I'm sure everything was correct, I still have that worry that I might have forgotten to enter in a class, or typed B instead of B+. In the case that this does end up happening, does the admissions department only revoke those who obviously faked their grades, or has this happened people who made even little errors?

If you applied online, you can always view a pdf of your application on ApplyWeb. If you see an error, you should definitely contact admissions. On the application, it states that giving false or inaccurate information will result in denial of admissions. Either way, you should always check your application—many times.

I personally made a correction for my application for autumn transfer; the specific major recently added new requirement so I had to add a summer class in there. Overall, requesting changes to your app wasn’t that difficult.
