^^^^^^^lol

^ I don’t think I ever said I personally thought I was better because I’m going to Yale. I just said that that’s the general attitude that high school students here (and other places in Cali) share.

And to be pretty honest, that’s not really a CC thing. I think typical laypeople would regard Yale more highly than Berkeley. Not that I care, but that’s just the trend that I expect.

^^Perhaps Yale, but not Duke…

In my part of the world people easily would regard Duke higher than Yale. Berkeley isn’t on the map out East except for graduate schools.

In my part of the world, Boston University is more highly regarded than Stanford or Yale. It’s called ignorance. I am embarassed for them! A person who does not respect Cal is not worth much as far as I am concerned…not where his/her opionion of universities is concerned. Ignorance is one failing I do not forgive.

“In my part of the world people easily would regard Duke higher than Yale.”

Where do you live, downtown Durham?

^ obviously the clubby world of college lacrosse and investment banking…

Ok, lets stop Duke vsYale vs Berkeley before this gets ugly.

I suggest you all read my huge post in the “Why isn’t Duke given credit” thread in the Duke forum.

Let’s go CalTech!
