3.86 in my first semester of engineering…fine by me!

A, A, B-, A, C+, A-, A, Credit.
(If you’re wondering why on earth I took 8 courses, it’s because I’m a music major.)

Better than I thought. I did well in the classes pertaining to my major, which are the most important. =) The general education class I took this semester was the C+. It wasn’t high on my priority list as long as I passed, so that actually isn’t too bad. Next semester I have about the same course load plus one more unit of lessons and a more rigorous extracurricular life… Wish me luck!

I’m lucky as ***** that I got a 4.0, because I was pretty sure I was going to get a B in Orgo. Fortunately, I only had one final (orgo) because my other classes only had papers and were fairly easy, so next semester will actually be my first real semester of college work.

I recommend Duke’s FOCUS program for anyone looking for easy classes to transition.

I did really good but I feel I worked hard for no reason at all because once you receive your A.A degree and want to transfer to another school your GPA starts all over and the only reason why I worked so hard was so get accepted to FSU but classes start on monday and still no answer from them:(

3.68 in what was (in my personal life) the worst semester ever.

I bribed my AP stats teacher with homemade cookies and squeaked out an A. That left me with 5 As and 2 Bs. The Bs are in AP classes. Not great, but not bad for me.

I did decently. I had 2 B’s and 2 A’s.
I could have done better, but i’m happy.

@shiny eyes, are you a bio major? i have to take those classes soonish… where do u go?

3 A’s, 1 A-, and 2 P’s in my Pass/Fail Classes. Nailed it.

This past fall semester at my JC was very rigorous for me. I took 19 units and ended up finishing with a 3.8. This upcoming spring semester will be my last at this JC. As I’m looking to transfer to Howard University this coming fall semester in 2013.

Calc III - A
Galaxies and Cosmology - A
Philosophy of Death - B+
Moral Foundations of Politics - A

Happy with my first semester.

I didn’t do good :-(… got B’s not even one A, I am a computer Science major…

I have a 4.0 GPA atm, but idk how I should feel about that. I only had 3 classes, all three of which my classmates generally thought of as easy. I know that a curve probably saved my grade for 2/3 of those classes. I feel really nervous for the upcoming quarter because I’ll be taking 4 classes that are considered harder.

Still waiting . . .
As long as I get a B or higher in business writing, I will have a GPA above a 3.5.
So far, A in computer science, A in history, B in calc II

4.0 with classes in Survey of British Literature II, intro to philosophy, calculus I, elementary French II, and success strategies. Not bad for my first semester at college.

3.59

Pretty bad but I’m just gonna have to stomach it.

Only received 4/5 grades, but 3 As (all upper level science/math), and one A- (ironically in a social science). The A- was less than a percent off an A, but guess I can’t complain too much.

Make that 4 As and an A-. Pretty happy, though I have a feeling next semester will be very difficult for me with my planned course load…

Two As, two B+s. Not great – I apparently did poorly on my psychology final, which makes sense as I wasn’t well at the time but kept me a few points away from an an A- – but I’m just glad that I got through the semester with a 3.67. I’m so excited for my spring courses, too.

4.0 for my first semester! I took nutrition, psychology, freshman orientation, wellness, and intro to health careers. It was a pretty easy semester!
