How'd you guys do on the PSAT?

As the title says...

I thought I did pretty well. I don't know about the 2nd math section. It messed me up a bit.

I’m taking it on Saturday. It seems like most people thought it was easy so let’s hope those taking it on Saturday feel the same:)

I DID HORRIBLY ):

I missed at least two in the 2nd CR section. The emote/pontificate one. And the Indian one (I picked tranquil).

I think I did worse on this one than I did last year…esp. with the math section. I know I bombed it…

The 1st math section threw me off a bit (I freaked out), and the second one, I found a bit easier, but I literally rushed through the whole thing and picked w/e answer, assuming I would have time to check it over and pick the correct one. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any time. Poor strategy btw

CR was weird to say the least lol. Some of the passage-based questions were straightforward and then there were some that I kept obsessing over and over.

The consensus in my school was that it was easy (although I beg to differ)

^Well thankfully you still have next year, no worries:)
^^Omgosh, really? If you only missed two you will still get NMSF haha

i got a 240 last year cuz i’m the ****ing third coming

^Congratulations:)

^^Well, you’re in college now, so I’d assume you were in your senior year “last year”. But I don’t think seniors take the PSAT. :/

I know, I know, you were jaykay  But still. I like pointing these sorts of things out.

Is he really in college? Wow…:)

IDK, I thought he was. I could be wrong though.

i slept in till 12 noon cause im a seniorrrrrrrrrrr

^ Ahaha me too! Except when I woke up it was back to college applications and english essays =/.

^^^I thought he was a senior but I could be wrong haha

I feel I did well on CR and Math. I think I got 80 on the math.

The writing however, I worked way too slow, and had 5 left in the last minute and only completed 2 of the five left.

There were a few iffy on writing but somewhat a lot on CR. I feel kind of bad and should’ve read sparknotes more/slept earlier.

Also, my stupid “proctor” said we couldn’t use calculators on the math section so I had to correct him -_-

:(((

How many can you miss to get 190+?

Just approximately…

Guess what, I got a 0 on this PSAT :(

SEN10RS FTW!

I just laughed at the junior and sophomores who took it.

The test really doesn’t do much for you.

Win,

and WIN!

I didn’t find it hard at all - a few questions I didn’t understand or didn’t know how to solve (like the last problem on the second math section!!!). I finished each section (besides math section 2) with time leftover.

Which means I probably messed up. :)

^Lol, or it means you did awesome:)

I omitted 2 math questions and I think I got the rest correct. Based on my previous SAT scores, and my wishful thinking, I’m going to guess (i.e. hope for) a 200 {70 CR, 65 M, 65, W).
