How's Penn's undergrad bioengineering program?

I’m now doing school research for my ED application this fall, what is the most special part of Penn’s bioengineering compare to the bioengineering programs in other competitive universities (duke, jhu, stanford…)?
Penn’s SEAS doesn’t seem to be as outstanding as the other schools mentioned in the parentheses.

Can you cite specifics as to what makes it less outstanding, in your opinion? The programs all differ to a large degree. What have you found? I’m genuinely curious as my '24 wants to figure out the differences in various programs.

The answers are unlikely to change from when you asked 8 days ago, so closing.
