How's the US News Boycott working out?

<p>I understand your perspective and I agree. However, I’ll play DA and suggest that if one smart kid with high scores and GPA and SATs wishes to attend a college that is average in those areas, he/she might not be challenged enough academically at that institution; He’ll discover that his peers may not share his views on learning and that will not enrich his academic experience.</p>

<p>ALSO, usually when kids on here ask “Where do I fit? Which college,” you’re obligated to give your SAT scores to truly see where you DO fit and have a CHANCE to get into. SAT scores are def. needed.</p>

<p>For who? For me… it’s going great. 100% success rate. I or my family haven’t bought a copy of USNews in a year.</p>

<p>You are obligated to provide some measure for a student to gauge the probability of their own admission. But you shouldn’t be obligated to cater to a magazine making a biased, arbitrary, and unscientific ranking in the interest of making money year after year.</p>
