<p>I just got my HPME app. and I was wondering about the required English teacher recommendation. There is no form for the recommendation, so what should my teacher write the recommendation on? Should he just write the letter and mail that, or should I use a common app. evaluation sheet with the letter? Also, does it matter what year this teacher taught me English?</p>

<p>Anyway, your english teacher should just write the letter on his/her own sheet of paper and mail that. It does not matter what year he/she taught you English. But ithe letter should be sufficiently detailed.</p>
