<p>I have a problem with this part of the app where it says how long have i been doing a certain EC. The problem is that none of my activities have a fixed time so I don't know how many hrs per week or weeks per year have I spent doing this. How am I supposed to input numbers then?</p>
<p>That’s how it is for a lot of people. You should probably just pick a number that seems to represent overall how much time you spend.</p>
