It’s about that time for me to attend Preview and I was wondering if anyone could give me any insight about it. I am attending the HSAA Preview from July 11th-12 alone, and I know it won’t be a “regular” Preview. Overall, how is Preview? What do we do when we’re there? What do I need to bring? How are the presentations, people, atmosphere? Do we have free time to roam the university or is the whole day already planned out? This year, we will be staying in Broward Hall; are the students randomly assigned rooms and roommates or do we get to choose?
Lastly, I faxed my immunization forms late and the hold hasn’t been lifted off my ONE.UF account yet. What should I do?
My D went to the same Preview as her Fall roommate and they were able to choose each other as roommates for the night even though they were sorted into separate groups.
My D’s immunization form was sent in late and was not in the "computerized system.’ We had to wait in a short line while they verified it had been received by checking a paper printout. No biggie, only a 5 minute delay, it seemed like at least of 1/4 of those coming through had to be verified manually. Bring a copy of you immunization form just in case.
You will be doing a lot of walking outside in the heat and probably rain, dress accordingly.
