I was wondering how will colleges know that my HS doesn't offer as many AP classes as other high schools. My school offers a lot of College Classes on campus. Will the admissions committee know these are college classes?

Usually the colleges (or your counselors) have a profile of the high school in order for the admissions committee to better understand your curriculum. Of course, you are judged within your own school when applying for college, so they have to know what kinds of classes your high school offers.

If your schools don't offer as many APs, usually colleges won't hold it against you as long as you make good use of the resources you have and try hard to challenge yourself.

and my second question, do you think a college admissions team will know that these are Concurrent College Classes (we have several)

English Composition, Public Address, etc.

They may not accept them for college credit, but it wouldn't hurt to point out their status.
