<p>jyi, I wouldn't trust those stats. College Board has had those up for a couple of years now.</p>
<p>I read the average GPA was 3.95</p>
<p>There's no standardization of GPAs at all and many schools no longer report class rank. My school didn't even have a 4.0 scale. I imagine this is statistic is next to meaningless (which is why admissions itself doesn't list it along with more standardized statistics like SAT scores and curriculum info).</p>
