<p>How much does the average graduate make at their grad party with all the cash and checks people put in cards for you? My friends and I haven't really discussed this year, as some haven't had their grad parties yet. I'm not sure what the average is. I just had mine yesterday.</p>
<p>I was surprised with the amount of money that I got; it was more than I expected. I haven’t discussed this with my friends or anything and don’t plan to. But I did get over $1000.</p>
<p>Between cash, checks, and presents, I got close to $1000. So that’s probably good. We had about 80 people show up.</p>

<p>The monetary compensation received at a graduation party is typically proportional to the money spent on said celebration. However, it is also typical to expect a higher money received: money spent ratio when hosting a more expensive celebration. As such, we find that the amount currency received from graduation parties is truly eclectic in nature!</p>
<p>I’m a rising junior and I was talking to my mom the other day about whether or not I should have one when the time comes. I’m not sure I would like to invite my friends either.</p>
