HS Junior: Nervous Wreck!

I just started my Junior year of high school and I’ve been stressing over my chances in being accepted into either UC Berkeley, NYU, U of I Urbana-Champagne, North Western, U of Chicago (probably not going to be even considered) or other competitive schools (not really looking into Ivy League because I’m probably not good enough)

I’m really stressed out because I currently have a C in my Spanish 4 class (it’s an Honors course) which is would also be my first C ever. Even though the school year started roughly a month ago, I’m extremely worried that I’ll end up with a C by the end of the semester. Will this really hurt my chances in getting accepted into the schools mentioned above?

My current accumulative GPA is a 4.1, all of my classes this year are either Honor Roll level or AP’s.
I’ve been adding a few Honor and AP level classes every year and plan to have taken 10 AP classes by the end of Senior year. I know that schools want to see a steady increase in academics and grades over the years, but will this help?

I’m involved in BPA (was in top 10 for my competition at state), student council, Track and Field team since grade 6, Math and Spanish Honor Societies and currently waiting for acceptance into Nat’l Honor Society. I was also a part of a small dance club at our school for a little while because I enjoy dancing. I’ve also volunteered quite a bit with the majority of these clubs. I’ve also been a part of my school’s symphonic band for 2 years (UC’s like when people take the fine arts I heard?)

I’ve taken the ACT for the first time this summer and got a cumulative score of 30 (but only because I didn’t really study).

I’m also planning on taking the AMC 12 and writing a research paper on a subject I am interested in, yet not many people really talk about.

–I’m really sorry that this post was really long, but this is my first post and I’m currently freaking out over that C in Honors Spanish I have.–
Thank you to whoever replies!

Another school I was considering was Washington University in St. Louis.

Yes, definitely!

I must also say that I want to major in Pre-Med. So would the whole C in Spanish matter too much since it’s a language class? But of course, excelling in all classes are important…
