<p>Has anybody finished applying for the HSF Scholarship. If so then I have a question. When I entered the e-mail of the person that I wanted to fill out the recommendation form the status on the application page states "Not Received." Does that mean that the person hasn't received the e-mail with the instructions or does it mean that I haven't received their finished form. Thanks for the help!</p>
