<p>you’re thinking of Frank Pearce, the senior VP at Blizzard (not the president). Yeah, he spoke in Royce Hall before the breakout sessions split up by major. 
he seemed like a pretty cool guy and he was introduced after they played a short montage of screenshots from Starcraft II (to scattered applause and laughter in the audience… I can’t wait for that game)</p>
