Guys, I know that some of you aren't big on basketball, but something huge just happened int he world of GTown Basketball. About 5 minutes ago, Georgetown beat Pittsburgh who was ranked #16 nationally (the win puts them at 9-3). To fully understand the impact of this game, you gotta understand that Gtown hasn't beaten Pittsburgh in 5 years and Pittsburgh has been the Big East Champs the past few years. What I'm trying to say, is Pittsburgh is VERY good. Looks like the hoyas are on track to becoming a great basketball team again. Go HOYAS!

I think Pitt was ranked #12..?

yayy hoyas

you're right, they are ranked 12th, thats an even better win!

Wow, don't follow bball, but that is really good for the school!

Yay Hoyas!!!

Caddy- I'm a huge college hoops fan too! Tonight's win was awesome for GTown! Hoya Saxa!

Hey Collegehopeful we should keep in touch about GTown hoops through this thread. What do you think about their chances against UConn next game? I think they can do it...I watched UMASS upset UCONN, so I know they are beatable. Any thoughts collegehopeful or anyone else?
