on the application status page, it says:
Application Status: Incomplete Items Outstanding
and these items are missing
Financial Certification 1
HS Transcripts 1 Official
PS Transcripts Official 1 Other
ACT/SAT Test Scores-UIUC

However, I'm 100% sure that these items have arrived on around 12/1 already, though I'm not sure if my oct SAT score has arrived yet...
is it only because they have not fully reviewed my file so that's the items are shown as missing?
kinda worried...!

If they have absolutely received those items, I honestly think they would have said so. It is highly unlikely that they've updated everyone else's pages but not yours....definitely send out an e-mail or call.

I don't know if this will help, but this kind of thing happened to me. Double check. Is the middle name that you put down on your application the EXACT same one on your transcript and ACT registartion stuff. For me I put down my REAL birth certificate name on my application. But on my transcript, it had my shortened name. This screwed up all my stuff and had to call in and clear it all up. So basically you should just call the admissions office.

For me, it said that they havn't received my transcript even after a month.
So, I called them, and they found my transcript sitting in the corner of the mailroom for 3~4weeks. If I were you, I'd call the office.

thanks everyone for the input, I'm thinking maybe they just havent updated it becoz I've only submitted my app online few days ago. however, if it's still not updated b4 the deadline..I'm worried maybe they have really misplaced it somewhere..
I'd like to know if it usually takes long for me to wait on the call if I call them? since I'm an international, calling long distance would be $$$$$$

i don't know what it would be for u, but when i called, the actual wait was maybe a couple minutes, but that's more because they couldn't find who to send me to. i got the call done in less than 10 minutes.

makes sense.. it's probably a peak time for them (just like it is for most colleges, i guess). even with the rolling admissions. i think ppl realize right about now that it's time to apply. so they do have a point. wait and don't fret. my SAT's haven't arrived at one of the colleges im applying to, and i took them in beginning of november.
