Hello, I'm think I'm going to apply to the Cornell College of Human Ecology. I have many extra-curricular activities, but not many that closely to pertain to the CHE. Is this a problem?

yes… i think it is a problem… a big one
I heard so many people say that cornell is fit based… which means that your ec’s really have to fit the college/major you’re choosing.

Well we heard this same contention over & over…however my D had no EC’s that matched her intended major (but all of her EC’s demostrated leadership and excellence), low average stats, no legacy or hook & got accepted. Essays & letters of recommendation will be the “tipping points” if your stats get you in the pool.
