Hey everyone, I'm applying to Cornell this fall, and I'm interested in Human Ecology/maybe Arts & Sciences. For Human Ecology, I'm a little confused on what professions would be good matches for the school. Thanks in advance.

bumppppppppp

My sister is a rising sophomore at Human Ecology. She is in the PAM major and does Pre-Law. She is looking to become a lawyer following college. Also, her boyfriend is a Bio major in Human Ecology and he is Pre-Med, so he wants to be a doctor following college.

humec has a variety of possible majors. some people are pre-med, pre-law, looking to go into business/managment, fashion design, fiber analysis, fashion management and communications, interior design, nutritionist, those are some i can think of–the goal is basically any profession that would be seen with a purpose of improving the human environment
if you go to the humec website and look into each of the individual majors it would give you a better idea

If you go to the Human Ecology website and look in undergraduate studies and admissions, they have a whole slew of information pertaining to the individual school, what they look for, application tips, why you should choose this school, etc. It’s really helpful.
