Huntsman.. Office?

Hi there!

I tried to tuck my question into someone else's thread, but it hasn't been answered yet, and I would have felt silly bumping their board in the hopes of finding an answer for my question..

I am visiting Penn in less than a month. It's not an ideal date to visit, since most students are gone, but I'm dealing with it. I am interested in the Huntsman program. Its website says that making an appointment with their office would be quite beneficial to me, but HOW exactly? What is the point of making that appointment and talking to them? I don't want to waste my time, or theirs, with an appointment that isn't going to enhance my first Penn experience. If it's relevant, I'm doing both the information session and the tour already.

The visit is going to be important to me as it will help me decide if I would consider applying ED to the school.

Thank you.

A meeting would be important if you are truly interested in applying for the Huntsman program. The other info session will not talk about it at all, and meeting with those involved with the program has the potential to help you in the admissions stage. As to how, simply call. The meeting could be as short as 30 min, so if you are really interested, no reason not to.
