Huntsman Program

I'm looking into the Huntsman program and it sounds like it could be a perfect fit for me. Although I'm extremely interested in Middle Eastern politics, they do not offer Hebrew (one of the languages I'm fluent in) and I do not know enough Arabic yet, so I would choose Spanish (taken it 4 years, honors, AP, etc. I'm quite good). What exactly are they looking for in an applicant? I have an unweighted average of 93.9 with 3 APs and I am taking 6 next year, my SAT score is currently 1270/1940 and ACT 28 but I am retaking both because I know I can do better. I've been involved in a political advocacy program and am very much so an activist. I love statistics, have been doing social science research for 4 years and think this program would help me combine my passion for international studies and economics. If I don't get in, the major I am putting is Modern Middle Eastern Studies for admittance to the college of arts and sciences. What do you guys think?

I'm also considering Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs

Unless you’ve got some kind of hook, getting into Huntsman with those scores is going to be next to impossible. Most of the people I know who are doing Huntsman, or basically any duel-degree program, got at least a 2300 or a 35. That being said, your involvement in a political advocacy group will be helpful etc. - I mean, aim for Huntsman, but considering the duel-degree programs compete with Harvard in terms of selectivity, I wouldn’t expect to get in. Best of luck.
