my son's I-20 does not have his middle name or Student number. Also, they did not put the amount of his scholarship on there so it's stating that we are responsible for full amount of expense. He has tried to contact the school but hasn't heard back from anyone yet. We do not need to get a visa as we're Canadians but wonder it there will be problems at the border. Do we need to get the info added? Also, document to support that we can sponsor him, can it be a signed form from the bank like the one the school asked for when we applied or does it have to be tax forms and bank statements?

about student number and his scholarship, you really need to ask them to add it, but i think it wont trouble you in the border. however, about his name, im not really sure. what school give incomplete I-20 like that?! horrible..
about the document,,i think you can give either of it.
