I am currently a business major with a concentration on marketing. I can graduate in the fall of my 4th year, if i focus solely on business. I always found sociology interesting and I am considering either getting a minor or maybe even double majoring. If I want to minor, I can do that and graduate in the winter of my 4th year, and if I major I can graduate at the end of my fourth year. Would the sociology major be beneficial to me at all?

You only have this one chance to learn things you are interested in, so the major would be beneficial by giving you the satisfaction of exploring your interest. Maybe it could even help your GPA. I think it's a good idea, since it won't set your graduation back at all. I'm thinking about adding a double major myself. I loved psychology when I took it and it will be a good change of pace from my primary major. I like that it will show that I'm well-rounded.
