I am a high school sophomore. What are my chances of getting into these schools?

Academics: I have a 3.95 GPA as of now. I will have completed one AP class (World History) by the end of the year, and I expect a good score on the test. I plan to have completed 13 AP classes by the end of my senior year, including two calculus classes. I would like to participate in a research program before the end of high school, though that is not a guarantee.
Extracurricular Activities: I spend a substantial amount of time playing the guitar, and I plan to learn to play the piano and the bass guitar. I read books on history and philosophy (along with fantasy/scifi), and have been teaching myself computer programming. I write a fair amount. I have participated in my school’s Cross Country team at the JV level for two years, and I plan to continue with it. I participated in Track as a sprinter last year, and may participate in it again one of the next two years. I go biking during the summer. Another hobby would be playing board games, with friends and at my school’s Gaming Club. I draw maps. I have volunteered at the library for two summers, and I plan to volunteer more substantially at that library in the future. I may get a job there this summer.
Colleges that I might like to apply to: UW Madison (I live in madison), CalTech, MIT, California Berkeley, University of Washington-Seattle, Cornell University, and Columbia University.

Until you take the SAT/ACT, there is no way of effectively chancing. Although you have good stats as of now, the schools you listed are very selective, so standardized testing plays a major role. Make sure to get good grades Junior year to help your chances. Good luck.

Okay, thanks for the reply.
