I was born in CA and I did my elementary school in a private institution, but all my life I've lived in Mexico. Now, I want to start college in California, tho the college I want to go to does not give financial aid to non residents. Is there any kind of scholarships that can apply to my case? Please help :(

Since you’re a citizen of US, you should be eligible for Federal financial aid.

Are you saying the college doesn’t give grants or scholarships to folks who are not residents of CA? What college is this?

If the OP is looking at the CSU’s, then he wouldn’t get much aid…just federal aid which wouldn’t make much of a dent in OOS costs.

If he’s looking at the UC’s then he could get some aid, but his family would have to pay at least $23k per year plus EFC.

How much will your family pay for college each year?

Attending elementary school in California doesn’t give you in-state residency for tuition purposes . . . and if you’re not an in-state resident, tuition at both UC’s and CSU’s is going to be extraordinarily expensive.
