So these fees add up to more than $500, which is a real burden for me because I am low income and showing up to campus broke. I had a summer job but I also had to pay rent and bills over the summer so I was not able to save anything. The only fee that I know for sure I can get waived is the student activities fee, but what about all the others? Has anybody had any success in getting the financial aid office to waive any of these fees?
