I vote yes!

You have an amazing chance! Congrats!

Buddy, as long as you don’t apply to Northwestern, you and I are on good terms! You’re an amazing student, your chances are really high!

Thanks, but if you don’t mind my asking, why should I not apply to Northwestern (not that I was planning on to do so, anyways)?

Obvious weaknesses: your low CR score, all those 3s on AP exams. (Did you take classes associated with those, or did you self-study?) I have no idea how to interpret your level of success in the competitions you cite. I have no idea what D usually sees from those who participate in such things.

You also have a lot of plusses, and clearly are an intellectually motivated person, which is great. Can you get a written evaluation of one or perhaps two, if they are in different fields, of those projects from a professor as an extra recommendation?

I also have no idea how being a Mexican national will affect you, or what the pool of Mexican applicants is like. Do you need FA?

Definitely try and bring all your SAT section scores up above 700. You have a couple good AP scores which will help, and I would say that the 3’s won’t really sway things either way. A 97.9 UWA is pretty ungodly high, so either you are some sort of genius, or there is incredible grade inflation at your school. You are the salutatorian of your class, so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and go with the former. I have no idea how your international status will play into admissions (does URM status count if you’re not a US citizen?) but you seem to have been really active in your community.

Bottom line, I’d say get those SAT’s up to at least 2200 (800 + 700 + 700) and you should be a highly competitive contender.

This is precisely where all of those 3s on AP exams come into play.

No it does not.

I have the same concerns as Consolation regarding the CR and writing scores, which are further evidenced by the 3’s on AP exams that are heavily based in reading and writing along with a command of the English language (many of the Dartmouth courses are going to be heavily reading and writing based).

I was just kidding! I meant, I’m applying there so you shouldn’t because then I’ll have no chance
Obviously, apply to Northwestern if you want to go there, I was just joking around :)
