Plus I read about 20-30 books per year (all of these different to the subjects mentioned above)

You definitely have plenty of extra credits, however your test scores seem rather low. Your math subject test is alright, but your critical reading and writing scores are pretty low for Williams. As a liberal arts college, Williams definitely values those aspects of an application. As crude as the SAT is at measuring abilities, it helps admissions sort through applications. Unless you have some other way into the college (sports, arts) getting in would be a reach. However, if you raised your SAT, you would have a pretty good shot.

take SAT I one more time, if you can make it over 2200 , you will have a better chance.

Your Mexican status should be a boost, but I agree that your SAT/SAT 2 are pretty low. Great math scores, but you should prep really hard and see if you can get at least 700 on W and R on the SAT I and retake SAT II below 700.

FYI, if you are applying as an international student. You will definitely need to retake. International admissions at top colleges are even more competitive. (Go search some forums on this topic if you don’t believe me).

Thanks for the advices, and yea I will retake the SAT in October and the SAT II’s in November, I have been taking old SAT practice tests and right now I have approximately 770 in Critical Reading, so I hope that will boost my chances  Also, I decided that this is my top choice and, thus, will apply Early decision :)

The tests you will take in November might not count for ED, keep that in mind. But maybe they do, it’s just that you can’t be sure.
