Here is what happened. I was at a Community College planning to transfer to a 4 year college (I stayed at the college for 6 years after switching my major 4 times, because I have been questioning my personality and how it would fit in a particular work environment). Then, I figured out to go to another Community College to study Recording Engineering for a year (I then totally lost my interest in that quickly and flunked every class last semester, because I was indecisive on whether to drop or not).

Right now, I have decided to go to my original Community I was at for a few years, but to take some courses in Screen Printing. (Because now, I have invested in a mini-venture in my house where I got 1 heat press, and will get 1-2 more ones for special uses, as well as maybe a 1 platen Screen Printing and a Special Sewing Machine). I want to in the near future see be able to make enough to be able to own my own business inside a warehouse where I do Screen Printing, Embroidery and Direct To Garment services for many areas (I would like to have a wide array of clients including specializing in Sororities and Fraternities, as well as selling Shirts, Hats and possibly mugs with Funny Logos on it, too).

My parents are insisting on me to still transfer to a 4 year college to run a Business like this to studying either Art or Graphic Design. Should I take their advice or just for a 2 year certificate/AA in something which is related to what I want to do, actually speaking.

Another thing is that if I ever go back to wanting to stick to my transfer goal, I am afraid I will forgot all the things I have studied. Because the last time I took an English course, it was 1 1/2 years (I have 1 course left). Also for Math, I may have to retake one course and and complete one more course. (I haven't took a Math course for 2-3 years and I don't know whether if my mind will be refreshed to take a Math course again). So I was wondering, should I continue on my original goal of transferring to a 4 year college and study Art or Graphic Design. Or, get a AA/Certificate in Screen Printing and be done for school for good.
