i am worried, please give me some opinions

OK so i moved to U.S in my freshman year and since it was my first year and everyone kept saying freshman year doesn't matter so i slacked off. i got a 3.0 first semester and 3.67 second semester.
my sophomore year wasn't great either i got a 3.57 and 3.86 with an ap class.
but junior year i am kicking butt i have a 4.5 and will have a 4.5 second semester too, 4.5/4.5 (3 ap classes)
senior year i am gonna take 5 or 6 ap classes and will have 4.5 or above both semesters.
i had problems with math since it was way different from where i moved so i had a C in geometry 1 semester and a C in algebra 2 1 semester. i pulled both those c's to b's second semester.
so my gpa :
3.0,3.67 (no ap)
3.57,3.86(1 ap)
4.5,4.5 (3 ap's)
4.5 or above both semesters (5 ap's) hopefully a 4.8
so my question is do u guys think that colleges will understand and that this upward trend will help?
i have decent ec's and, will have sat score or atleast 2050+, will take math 2 subject test and get higher than 700 to show that i dont suck at math any more. will also take sat 2 bio and US history.
i am also gonna write about how i moved and how it was difficult something like that on my essay. and i am gonna have 2 good-amazing rec's.
i wanna go to the following schools : ucla, ucb, ucsd, ucsb, ucd, uci, ucriverside, cal poly slo, usc and other uc's if i missed any except merced.
chance me or give me ur true opinions, dont worry about how harsh it is i wont hold a grudge :)
and i am middle eastern, first gen to college, and somewhat poor (not poor, maybe low mid class)

You gotta be careful about assuming things like this. There’s a good possibility that some or all of it may not come true, so remember to make some plans for if they don’t.

Yep I agree, I have backups but I was just assuming lol. I am gonna try my best to make these all true:) my life depends on it lol. Thanks for taking the time, I am thankful  no grudge hehe

You would have a much better shot of getting understanding at a private college than you will at the UC’s which are highly numbers oriented.

And your life does not depend on any school, so please fall in love with ones appropriate for your stats, not counting on any understanding.

What private colleges in cal should I apply to?, any opinion?

Are you a California resident? Then your safeties are the CCCs that you can commute to, and the commuting distance CSUs are probably your matches. Sit down with your parents and find out just exactly how much they can chip in to help pay for your education, and talk with your guidance counselor about how state aid works for the UC, CSU, and CCC systems.

Your guidance counselor also ought to be able to advise you about your chances of admission at the private colleges and universities in your area. Your school almost certainly has some kind of records about the institutions that its graduates have enrolled in over the past few years.
