Hi,
I'm currently a sophmore at USC majoring in Economics. I'm wondering what I need to do to make myself appealing to I-banks here on the West coast and possibly in the East. My GPA is approximately 3.45-3.55 (I haven't calculated this year's marks but im assuming it will be closer to the latter). Unfortunately, I do not have many extracurricular activities besides working full-time (mon-fri) in the summer and volunteering part-time during the school year. I'm looking to do an internship after my junior year. My question is what specifically do I need to break into I-banking and more importantly if I secure a job in the field following matriculation from USC and work for 2-3 years will I have enough credentials to get into a top 10 MBA program? Thanks.
